We share details about your loss or project only when you authorize us to, most commonly to coordinate documentation and estimates with your insurance carrier or adjuster. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Legacy Restoration may text you about your service request or project: appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Legacy Restoration collects your mobile number and your text opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it) only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

Data Retention

We retain project records, including estimates, photos, and insurance documentation, for as long as reasonably necessary to support warranty claims, insurance disputes, or legal requirements. Contact form submissions that do not result in a project are retained only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request its deletion, subject to legal and business recordkeeping exceptions. Because Legacy Resto LLC operates exclusively in Denver and does not direct services toward residents of the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) generally does not apply to our operations, but we are happy to answer questions about data handling regardless of where you are contacting us from.
