Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of legacyresto.com and any estimate, consultation, or service arrangement with Legacy Resto LLC. By contacting us, requesting an estimate, or scheduling work, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have questions before moving forward, call us at (888) 249-5867.
Service Area
Legacy Resto LLC provides restoration and reconstruction services to property owners in Denver, Colorado. Inquiries from outside this service area may be referred elsewhere, and we make no commitment to perform work beyond the area we actively serve.
Estimates and Scope of Work
Any estimate provided by phone, email, or in person is a good-faith assessment based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. An estimate is not a binding contract. The actual scope of work, pricing, and timeline are defined in a signed work-authorization form, which governs the service relationship once both parties agree to it. Hidden damage discovered after demolition or drying begins, common in water and fire losses, may require a revised scope and updated authorization before additional work proceeds.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits, progress billing, and final balances, are set out in the signed work-authorization agreement for each project. We accept standard payment methods discussed at the time of contracting. Unpaid balances may be subject to the collection and lien remedies available to contractors under Colorado law.
Insurance Coordination
When a loss involves an insurance claim, we can document damage, prepare estimates in formats insurers typically request, and communicate directly with your adjuster with your written authorization. Coordinating with your carrier does not make us a party to your insurance contract, and final claim decisions, coverage determinations, and payment timelines rest with your insurer, not with us.
Liability and Licensing
Legacy Resto LLC operates as a licensed contractor within Colorado state regulations and is an IICRC Certified Firm. Our liability for any project is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed authorization and is subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations stated in that agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code upgrades required by local authorities, or damage caused by delays outside our control, including delayed insurance approval.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Legacy Restoration runs the Legacy Resto llc customer care text program for customers who contact us about our services. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, by checking the text consent box on our contact or estimate form, or by telling us on a call that we may text you), you agree to these terms.
- Program: Legacy Resto llc customer care texts, sent from our business texting line.
- What we send: messages about your service request or project, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not separately opted in to them.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your request and project.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message for help or contact us at (888) 249-5867 or info@legacyresto.com.
- Not a condition of purchase: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes and Cancellations
Either party may request changes to a scheduled project before work begins. Once a work-authorization form is signed and work has started, cancellation terms follow what is documented in that agreement.
Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve concerns directly and promptly. If a disagreement about services or billing cannot be settled informally, the dispute will be handled according to the resolution process named in the signed work-authorization agreement, and under the laws of the State of Colorado.
